This item was originally presented to the City Commission as Petition No. 186TCH-97PB. Since the petition imposes two different special area plans, the City Attorney prepared two separate ordinances. The Community Development Department has requested that second reading be continued to June 22, 1998, so that the adoption of this ordinance will coincide with adoption of Ordinance No. 0-98-62; Petition No. 186TCH-97PB-CCA.
