Explanation

The petitioner is requesting a single-lot replat of Lot 5 of Oak Meadows subdivision because there is an encroachment of the southeast edge of the existing house.  The house encroaches into the 25' front setback indicated on the record plat of "Oak Meadows" subdivision.  The petitioner has received approval of all owners of the lots in Oak Meadows subdivision to a replat of Lot 5.  The owners have consented to relocating a portion of the south, front yard setback line to 20 feet as indicated, leaving the western portion of the front setback at 25 feet.
