Resolution Regarding Ironwood Golf Course Fees and Charges (B)
Explanation
The City Auditor's, Audit 196, Finding 6, recommended that all golf course rates be reviewed and approved. In response to this finding, staff requests the City Commission adopt a Resolution authorizing the approval of the golf course rates as part of the bi-annual budget process. Additionally, the Resolution requests that the City Manager be allowed to act as the Commission's official liaison agent, and be allowed to regulate all other fees related to the operation of the golf course.
