Title Gainesville Enterprise Zone Development Agency (GEZDA) Explanation Fulton Wilson was appointed to the Gainesville Enterprise Zone Development Agency in February 1998. GEZDA members are required to attend at least 50% of all the meetings held by the Board each year. As of this date, Mr. Wilson has not attended any of the GEZDA meetings since his appointment. Attempts to contact Mr. Wilson have not been successful. On January 13, 1999, the Gainesville Enterprise Zone Development Agency voted to recommend that the City Commission remove Mr. Wilson as a member of GEZDA for neglect of duty. Fiscal Note None Recommendation The City Commission: 1) conduct a public hearing; and 2) adopt the Resolution removing Fulton Wilson as a member of the Gainesville Enterprise Zone Development Agency for neglect of duty.
