Explanation

Staff presented draft minutes of the Board's July 23, 2019 special meeting for approval at their August 27, 2019 workshop but due to lack of a quorum, approval of the minutes was deferred to the September 19, 2019 regular meeting.

Staff has also drafted minutes from the Board's August 8, 2019 regular meeting and present them today for approval.
