Second Extension and Amendment to the Agreement with MV Transportation for ADA Services (B)
Explanation
The existing Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) services contract with MV Transportation Inc., as extended, expires on September 30, 2005. This contract has a provision for two (2) one-year extensions and this represents the second extension, which will cover the period from October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006.
Fiscal Note
The funds for this service are available in the RTS FY 2006 operating budget.
Recommendation
The City Commission authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the second extension and amendment to the agreement with MV Transportation, extending the term of the contract from October 1, 2005 to September 30, 2006, and any other necessary documents, subject to approval of the City Attorney as to form and legality.
