Explanation
Commissioner Chuck Chestnut brought up concerns with the Natural Lot Ordinance and the problems with underbrush and trash in the Northeast District. He also had concerns regarding demolitions of abandoned houses.
Recommendation
The City Commission refer the following to the Community Development Committee: 1) "Natural lot" concerns with underbrush and trash and possibly amending the ordinance; and 2) demolition of abandoned houses.
