At its regular meeting on July 13, 2009, the Community Development Committee recommended that referral number 070629 2002/2003 NW 3^Rd Avenue Project - Status Report be removed from the Committee's pending referral list.

A memo on this matter was prepared in October 19, 2007 and forwarded to the City Commission for informational purposes.  The project has since been constructed and is present in the field.
