Resolution for Final Plat of Madera Cluster Development, Phase I (B)
Explanation
The owner of the Madera Cluster Development, Phase I, has submitted a final plat which substantially conforms to the conditional final plat as approved by the City Commission on March 25, 2002, by Resolution Number 002540, and which incorporates all modifications and revisions specified in such approval. The owner of the proposed subdivision is requesting that the City Commission accept and approve the final plat as provided in Chapter 177 of the Florida Statutes and Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Gainesville, Florida. Staff finds the final plat of Madera Cluster Development, Phase I, is consistent with the City of Gainesville 1991-2001 Comprehensive Plan.
The subdivider, Greentrust, LLC, and its lender, CNB National Bank, have executed a Tri-Party Agreement for the construction security as required by City Code. Construction inspections and subdivision administration activities will continue to proceed in accordance with all Code requirements.
