At its August 19, 2010 meeting, the City Commission authorized the City Attorney to draft and the Clerk of the Commission to advertise an ordinance relating to towing and booting of vehicles, specifically changing the time period from which felony offenses are calculated to begin from the date of the offense for the purpose of securing a wrecker operator's permit and operator's permit.
