Title Porter's Community Recommendation The Public Safety Committee recommends to the City Commission changes to the recently installed "no parking/tow away" signs to 1) leave the "no parking/tow away" signs on the south side of S.W. 7th Avenue, 2) remove the "no parking/tow away" signs on the north side of S.W. 7th Avenue, 3) remove the "no parking/tow away" signs from directly in front of the residents' homes, re-evaluating with GPD any enforcement concerns during a trial period, and 4) give staff direction as to whether they should continue to pursue discussions with Aubry McPhadder, owner of the property located at 702 S.W. 5th Street regarding purchase of this property by the City.
