Explanation

With the recent adoption of Ordinance #140384  GRU Governance - Utility Advisory Board Creation, the Regional Utilities Committee will be disbanded once the Utility Advisory Board attains full membership.   Therefore, the current RUC members need to discuss the disposition of the outstanding referrals currently in the RUC. This item was on the December 10, 2015 RUC meeting agenda, but was deferred due to time constraints.

Recommendation:

If time permits, review and prioritize the outstanding referrals and discuss what to do about those that remain when the RUC is disbanded.
