The City Commission adopt the proposed ordinance.

explanation

The City Commission at its meetings on July 10, 2006 and August 28, 2006, authorized the City Attorney to draft and the Clerk of the Commission to advertise an ordinance eliminating a fee reduction and increasing the fee for landlord permits.  

This ordinance requires two public hearings.  If the ordinance passes on first reading, second and final reading will be held on November 13, 2006.
