Title

Fifth Amendment to the Commerce Project Development Agreement (B)

Explanation

Construction issues have delayed the completion date for the Commerce Project office building for several months. In order to keep the Development Agreement current, the dates in the original agreement need to be amended. The proposed completion date of the Commerce Project office building will move from January 31, 2002 to July 31, 2002. All other subsequent dates will move accordingly. The July date has been chosen to limit the number of times the Development Agreement will need to be amended in the future.

The Community Redevelopment Agency to City Commission: approve the Fifth Amendment to the Commerce Project Development Agreement.
