Explanation

On October 8, 2007 the City Commission referred this item to the RUC.  GRU is no longer participating in discussions with the Levy project and believes that staff time is better utilized in other areas.  At the May 13, 2009 meeting the RUC agreed to recommend that this item be removed from the referral list.  

Recommendations

The Regional Utilities Committee (RUC) recommends that the City Commission remove this item from the referral list.
