explanation

At its meeting on June 25, 2007, the City Commission authorized the City Attorney to draft and the Clerk of the Commission to advertise an ordinance increasing the civil citation fees.  Should the City Commission adopt this ordinance on first reading, second and final hearing will be held on August 27, 2007.
