explanation

As part of the budget review process, on July 16, 2002, the City Commission authorized the City Attorney to draft and the Clerk of the Commission to advertise an ordinance adding an additional fee of $25.00 for gas and mechanical inspections.  At the City Commission meeting of August 12, 2002, the Commission decided to increase the permit fees to fund an additional inspector for time certain gas and mechanical inspections.
