explanation

As part of the budget review process, on July 16, 2002, the City Commission authorized the City Attorney to draft and the Clerk of the Commission to advertise an ordinance increasing  the utility fee to $6.25/ERU (Equivalent Residential Unit) for fiscal year 2003 and $6.50/ERU for fiscal year 2004.  The City Manager is to coordinate billing activities with Gainesville Regional Utilities.
