Design Charrette/Future Use of the 39th Avenue Public Works Compound (B)

Explanation

In August, 2010, the Community Development Committee hosted a Design Charrette regarding the southern portion of the Public Works Center Site (located at 405 NW 39th Avenue). The Design Charrette sought input from residents and interested parties into future use of the property once relocation of current activities occurs in the not too distant future.

Staff has prepared a memo and draft report with input from the Charrette to be presented to the Community Development Committee.

Recommendation

The Community Development Committee receive an update from staff on this referral and direct staff as appropriate.
