Explanation

Appendix A Schedule of Fees identifies the fines associated with non-payment of parking fines in Section 6.  Delinquent administrative fees (§ 26-46(d)).  After seven calendar days of citation being issued or, within four days, excluding weekends and holidays, of denial of an affidavit of explanation, whichever is later $11.00 Delinquency Fee will be added; after fourteen calendar days of citation being issued an additional $27.50 will be added as the Delinquency Fees are cumulative.
