At its November 19, 2009 meeting, the City Commission authorized the City Attorney to draft and the Clerk of the Commission to advertise an ordinance that mirrors state law and allows the City to enforce violations as set forth in the ordinance.
This ordinance requires two hearings. Should the Commission adopt this ordinance on first reading, second and final reading of the ordinance will be January 21, 2010.
