explanation
On August 1, 2010, the Gainesville Police Department was served with a Summons and Complaint.  The Plaintiff alleges that she is a victim of false arrest, wrongful imprisonment, and malicious conduct which occurred in 2007.   She claims to have sustained economic injuries, pain and suffering, embarrassment, humiliation and loss of the capacity for the enjoyment of life.  Plaintiff is seeking compensatory damages, punitive damages, and attorney's fees and costs.
