Explanation
The Gainesville Business and Technology Park is a 17-lot non-residential subdivision. It is located east of the railroad in the 4500 block of Northwest 6th Street. The development of each separate lot in this subdivision will be subject to the Wellfield Overlay District Special Use permit requirements. The plat contains a significant wetland area. The subdivision will have private streets and is accessed from Northwest 6th Street by recorded easement. Sidewalks will be constructed on both sides of all streets in accordance with code requirements. Concurrency Management Element requirements shall be met at the time each individual lot is developed.
The Development Review Board recommended approval of the design plat 4-0, January 11, 2001. The City Commission approved the design plat on February 12, 2001.
