Title Regional Transit System Program of Projects (POP) FY 1999 and Performance Measures FY 1996 and FY 1997 Explanation The Regional Transit System is required to submit a Program of Projects to the Federal Transit Administration each year. The budget application for Capital and Operating projects is required to be submitted for public comment. Performance Measures for FY 1996 and FY 1997 will also be presented as published in the Gainesville Sun. Fiscal Note The costs for the Program of Projects are included in the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) approved by the MTPO. Recommendation The City Commission: 1) hear a presentation by staff; 2) approve the Program of Projects for FY 1999; and 3) conduct a public hearing if requested.
