Title Acceptance of Quit Claim Deeds for Tax Parcel 12139 Explanation The City has received an offer from Martine G. Cox and William P. Hall, to donate Lot 11, Block 3 of Roper's Addition. The City Manager and Public Works Director have looked at the property and concur that it would be a benefit for the City to have the property. The property is located in the vicinity of S.E. 6th Avenue and S.E. 8th Street, adjacent to the rail trail. Fiscal Note None Recommendation The City Commission: 1) accept the Quit Claim Deeds from Martine G. Cox and William P. Hall; and 2) direct the Clerk of the Commission to record the Quit Claim Deeds in the Public Records of Alachua County, Florida, subject to approval by the City Attorney as to form and legality.
