Explanation

Costs associated with the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between Gainesville Renewable Energy Company (GREC) and GRU are now being included in fuel expenses and recovered through the Fuel Adjustment.  There are a range of options for recovering costs associated with the PPA including recovering various components through base rates.  

Recommendation:

The Committee receive follow-up information requested at the 9/25/14 meeting.
