The Black on Black Crime Task Force is requesting a donation from the City of Gainesville to help offset operating expenses at The Reichert House, Pine Forest summer program, and youth forums and activities. The Black on Black Crime Task Force is requesting $5,000 by June 1, 2008.
Fiscal Note
The Black on Black Crime Task Force is requesting a total of $5,000 from the City Commission Contingency Fund. The Fund balance as of February 21, 2008 was $91,939.
Recommendation
The City Commission consider the request for funds and take action as appropriate.
