Explanation
The City Development Review Board considered a request to approve a design plat of Northwest Business Park Subdivision, at a public hearing held on June 8, 2000. The Development Review Board approved Petition 82SUB-00 DB with staff conditions, by a vote of 6-0. The subdivision does not front on Northwest 18th Drive but is developed off a recently constructed right-of-way called Northwest 65th Place that goes through Lot 3 of the Northwest Industrial Park. The right-of-way is 80 feet wide with 24 feet of paved area. It is intended that this right-of-way will be improved and extended in the future to provide access to additional acreage to the east and the south of the proposed subdivision.
The Development Review Board reviewed the design plat and recommends approval with staff conditions as included in the staff comments.
