explanation

The City Commission, at its meeting of October 3, 2013, authorized the preparation and advertisement of this Ordinance.  The Ordinance adds a section to the Code of Ordinances which prohibits persons under the age of 18 to be present in an alcoholic beverage establishment when not accompanied by a parent or guardian, with limited employment exceptions as provided by state law.
