Title Stormwater Pipe Lining Bid Explanation On May 27, 1999, the General Government Purchasing Division solicited bids from twelve prospective bidders for stormwater pipe lining for Lincoln Estates Subdivision and for NW 23rd Avenue. Four bids were received. Purchasing Division and technical reviews determined that the low bid was submitted by Madsen-Barr/Philip Utilities Management Corporation, Inc. in the amount of $31,600.00 for the base bid and the additive alternate. Fiscal Note Funds are available in in the amount of $26,200.00 for Lincoln Estates Subdivision and in the amount of $5,400.00 for NW 23rd Avenue. Recommendation The City Commission: 1) accept the low bid in the amount of $31,600.00; and 2) authorize the City Manager, or designee, to issue a purchase order in an amount not to exceed $31,600.00.
