Explanation

This was a management special request. The City Auditor’s Office agreed to provide an independent review of loan forgiveness documentation submitted by Phalanx and compare the documentation to the criteria for loan forgiveness as stated in the Amended and Restated Promissory Note, and Special Warranty Deed.

Recommendation:

The Audit and Finance Committee recommends the City Commission accept the Internal Auditor's Report.
