Title Rules of the City Commission Explanation There are several minor technicalities that need revision in the City Commission rules. 1. The City Attorney has recommended a minor correction to the order of presentation for Formal Quasi-Judicial Hearings. 2. Rules V and VI are being modified to reflect the change to an elected Mayor beginning May 1998. 3. Rule VI is being modified to reflect the Economic Development Committee being re-appointed this legislative year. Recommendation The City Commission adopt the rules of the City Commission.
