Resolution for Granting Property on Southeast Corner of South Main Street and Depot Avenue to FDOT (B)
Explanation
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is reconstructing South Main Street from NW 8th Avenue to Depot Avenue. FDOT is requesting the City grant property for right-of-way to accommodate the South Main Street and Depot Avenue roundabout and associated sidewalks.

Recommendation
The City Commission: 1) adopt the Resolution; and 2) authorize the Mayor to execute a City Deed to FDOT for right-of-way on the southeast corner of South Main Street and Depot Avenue.
