Updated Investment Policy Statement (IPS)  (B)

Recommendation:

The Pension Review Committee review and discuss the recommended updates by AndCo to the Investment Policy Statement (IPS) and take any action deemed appropriate.  As stated in AndCo's review of the existing IPS, the core already included everything that they would recommend in an IPS; the updates simply clarify a few things related to the fixed income benchmark and adds some flexibility related to the comparison benchmarks.
