Explanation

At a June 3, 2019 joint meeting, the City Commission and Board of County Commissioners discussed the future development of Cabot Koppers and the 8th and Waldo Corridor.  Prior to the June meeting, this was discussed by the Joint City Commission and Board of County Commissioners on March 25, 2019, via Legistar item 180526 Conceptual Master Plan for the Area Immediately West of the Intersection of NE 8th Avenue and Waldo Road (B)

Recommendation:

The City Commission and the Alachua County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) discuss and take action as deemed necessary.
