explanation

During a review of internal procedures for the Dance Hall Permit process, staff suggested an amendment to the ordinance that would modify the definition of a "dance hall".

At its' meeting on September 13, 2004, the City Commission authorized the City Attorney to prepare and the Clerk to advertise the above proposed ordinance, as it relates to property owned by a government entity.
