Plaintiff alleges that he has been subjected to disparate treatment based on his race and gender and that he has been harassed, relieved of duties, denied overtime and threatened with termination since April, 2015. Plaintiff alleges violations of Chapter 760, Florida Statutes and 42 U.S.C. �2000e, and retaliation under 42 U.S.C. Section 2000e, Title I of the Civil Rights Act of 1991 and Chapter 760, Florida Statutes. Plaintiff is seeking money damages, interest, court costs, and attorney's fees.
