This item provides a report on the progress of the City Commission's Strategic Goals and Initiatives for the 3^rd quarter of Fiscal Year 2009.

Explanation

As part of the City of Gainesville Fiscal Year 2009 - 2010 Strategic Planning process, the City Manager prepares a quarterly report on accomplishments related to the City Commission strategic goals and initiatives for each quarter of the Fiscal Year.  This is the third quarter report for Fiscal Year 2009.

The City Commission Strategic Plan Update report provides a summary of feedback provided by the City Commission at each of these meetings.  If accepted, this information will be incorporated into the FY 2010 Strategic Plan Update.
