Explanation

McGurn Investment Company Incorporated, developer of the Union Street Station project, has requested that the City execute a roof overhang/foundation encroachment easement to cover the minor roof overhang and foundation encroachments on the City sidewalk right of way.

Recommendation 

The City Commission: 1) consent to Foundation and Roof Overhang Easement for the Union Street Station Development; and 2) authorize the City Manager to sign the necessary document for creating the easement, subject to approval by the City Attorney as to form and legality.
