On February 6, 2006, the City of Gainesville was served with a summons and complaint by Audrey Norton, as personal representative of the estate of Andre Christopher Norton. On January 16, 2004 Andre Christopher Norton, a minor, was a passenger in a vehicle driven by his grandmother, Christine Booth.
