explanation

The City Commission, at its meeting of July 15, 2010, authorized the City Attorney's Office to draft an ordinance by establishing a Hardship Assistance Program.  The program is established to assist low income residential homeowners whose home ownership is at risk as a result of the fire services special assessment.  The City Manager will establish the guidelines for and administer the Hardship Assistance Program.
