Resolution Increasing Rates for Spaces and Services for Evergreen Cemetery (B)

Explanation

On July 24, 2003, as part of the budget process, the City Commission authorized increasing certain user fees by 5%, with the new amounts to be effective October 1, 2003.  Section 7-9 of the Code of Ordinances provides that the rates for spaces and services at Evergreen Cemetery be adopted by resolution of the City Commission.

Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution is drafted to meet the City's 2003-2004 budget goals.

Recommendation

The City Commission adopt the proposed resolution.
