The City Commission, at its meeting of August 28-29, 2002, announced its oral order in the matter of Jerome Kelly, Agent for Luther E. Blake, Jr., and Irene Blake Caudle, Petitioners - Petition No. 142SUB-00PB, Phase I (Legistar No.001117); Phase II (Legistar No.020125). At the conclusion of the hearing, the City Commission voted to deny the petition. City Commission Rules require the decision to be embodied in a written order. Copies of the proposed order, as prepared by the City Attorney, were submitted to the Petitioner, the Staff, and affected parties.
