The City Commission adopt the proposed ordinance.

explanation

At the August 15, 2005 City Commission meeting, the City Commission directed that a 10% surcharge be levied on all natural gas sales outside of the city limits of Gainesville.  This surcharge will become effective October 1, 2005.
