Explanation

At its July 28^th regular meeting, the Community Development Committee reviewed and moved forward on this pending referral.

The Committee reviewed and received an update on this matter that the City Commission had previously taken action on at the March 4, 2010 City Commission meeting.

As a consequence of the City Commission action, the Community Development Committee moved that this item be removed from the CDC pending referral list.
