Explanation
This Agreement has been reached through negotiations between the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local No. 2157, and the City of Gainesville, and was ratified by the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local No. 2157 bargaining unit on February 6, 7, and 8, 2002. This Agreement extends the current collective bargaining agreement through September 30, 2003.
Fiscal Note
Funds are currently budgeted for the Fiscal Year 2001-2002. The costs for the Fiscal Year 2002-2003 will be addressed in the budget preparation process for that year.
Recommendations
The City Commission ratify the Agreement for the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local No. 2157 extending the period of coverage through September 30, 2003, between the City of Gainesville and the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local No. 2157.
