The City Commission received a request from the Public Safety Committee to increase the maximum roam towing fees from $76.00 to $84.00 and take necessary action to set the maximum fees by resolution of the City Commission prior to December 31, 2005.

The Code of Ordinances of the City of Gainesville provides that maximum trespass towing fees shall be established annually by the City Commission after receiving a request for fee modification by the towing companies.
