Explanation
A financial institution has expressed interest in a City owned parcel on Hawthorne Road across from the GTEC Building. The parcel is presently in the SEGRI Overlay District which does not allow drive-through banking.
Recommendation
The City Commission direct Planning Staff to present to the Plan Board some suggestions for allowing drive-through banking on the City owned parcel on Hawthorne Road across from the GTEC Building which is in the SEGRI Overlay District.
