Explanation

The Development Review Board considered a request to approve a design plat of the Townsend Subdivision at a public hearing held January 11, 2001.  By a vote of 4-0, the Development Review Board approved Petition 183SUB-00 DB, with conditions.  On February 12, 2001, the City Commission approved the design plat with conditions.  The City Commission approved conditional final plat on June 9, 2003.

This request is to convert the conditional final plat to final plat.  The petitioners have submitted surety and updated title information as required by Section 30-186 of the Land Development Code.
