Commissioner Thomas Hawkins brought this item forward during Commission Comment during the March 19, 2009 City Commission Meeting.

Recommendation

The City Commission ask the City Attorney to send legal representation to the Plan Board and Development Review Board Meetings and bring back an update on the cost and benefits regarding this to the FY2010 Budget Hearings this summer.
